Welcome to the advising appointment booking system available at UBC International Student Advising (ISA) in the Life Building!
UBC uses WCONLINE, an online service provided by Twenty Six Design and hosted outside of Canada (specifically in the US), for scheduling and managing appointments with International Student Advising. UBC uses information you enter into WCONLINE for the purposes of scheduling appointments, tracking appointment details, and statistical reporting. UBC collects and uses this information under authority of section 26(a) of the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (BC FIPPA).
If you have any questions or concerns about the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information or the use of WCONLINE, please contact the Director, International Student Development at 604.822.5021 prior to creating an account or accessing UBC’s WCONLINE service.

RUNNING LATE OR NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?/NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that life happens. Out of fairness to all students, we have a respectful no-show policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may lose your spot and will have to book a new appointment.
In consideration of others, if you cannot make your appointment, please change or cancel it in advance.
LOOKING FOR THE SIN CLINIC?
You’re in the right place! Service Canada will be coming to the Life Building to issue Social Insurance Numbers on the spot on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. This saves you a one hour commute to the nearest Service Canada office! Create an account then select the “SIN CLINIC” schedule to reserve an available spot.
LOOKING FOR AN APPLICATION REVIEW?
Look no further. Application reviews are available for UBC students applying for a study permit extension, temporary resident visa or post-graduation work permit throughout the year. Have your questions answered, avoid common application mistakes and leave the session ready to click on 'submit'. In-person sessions and webinars are offered on a weekly basis via the "APPLICATION REVIEW SESSIONS" and "APPLICATION REVIEW WEBINARS" schedules, respectively. Select the relevant schedule for the right term [(Winter T1: Sept - Dec.) and (Winter T2: Jan - Apr.)] to sign up for an application review.
